摘要
[目的]明确泸香91A最佳的栽植密度。[方法]用三系不育系泸香91A为母本,泸恢615作父本为杂交稻泸香615制种,泸香91A设置了5个密度处理:36.00万、30.00万、25.65万、22.50万和19.95万窝/hm2,比较不同栽植密度处理的泸香91A经济性状与制种产量。[结果]不同栽植密度对泸香91A千粒重和异交结实率影响不大,但对有效穗、穗长、着粒数和实粒数影响较大,差异达0.05显著或0.01极显著水平。[结论]在泸香91A的组合制种中,适宜的栽植密度为25.65万窝/hm2,每窝栽2粒谷秧。
[Objective]The study aimed to confirm the optimum planting density of Luxiang 91A.[Method]With the cytoplasmic male sterile line Luxiang 91A as the female parent,Luhui 615 as the male parent,they were made for the seed production yield of hybrid rice Luxiang 615.Luxiang 91A was set up as 5 density treatments of 36.00×104,30.00×104,25.65×104,22.50×104 and 19.95×104 nest /hm2 to compare the economic traits and seed production yield of Luxiang 91A treated with different density treatments.[Result]The different planting density had little effects on 1 000-grain weight and outcrossing rate of Luxiang 91A,but had greater effects on the effective spike,spike length,grains per spike and filled grains,with the differences at the significant level of 0.01 or at the extremely significant level of 0.05.[Conclusion]In the combinations of seed production for luxiang 91A,the appropriate planting density was 25.65×104 nest /hm2 and 2 rice plantlets were planted in every nest.
