摘要
[目的]研究建立宁夏型优质高产多抗矮败基础群体的有效方法与实际应用方向。[方法]对回交2代可育株和回交亲本的叶绿素含量的相对比值(SPAD值),以及蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、硬度、沉降值4个性状进行了测定。[结果]部分矮败后代可育株叶绿素含量的相对比值(SPAD值)高于回交亲本,蛋白质含量增加0.48%~2.24%,湿面筋含量增加1.34%~6.58%,沉降值增加21.2%~42.5%。[结论]已初步转育成具有宁夏农艺亲本遗传背景的宁夏型不育系基础群体,为组建轮回选择集团创制了基础群体。
[Objective]The aim was to study the effective methods for establish Ningxia high yidld and quality anti-dwarf of basic wheat population and its direction of practical application.[Method]The SPAD of chlorophyll content for backcross 2 generation of fertile plants and backcross parent was determined and the protein content,wet gluten content,hardness,sedimentation were also measured.[Result]The results showed that the SPAD of chlorophyll content for some Dwarf offspring fertile plants was higher than backcross parent and the protein content increased 0.48%-2.24%,wet gluten content increased 1.34%-6.58%,sedimentation value increased 21.2%-42.5%.[Conclusion]The primary culture has been transferred under the genetic background of agronomic characters of Ningxia infertility group basic population and established the basic population for forming the recurrent selection group.
