摘要
为了比较不同类型烟叶热分解行为的差异,采用TG-DTG-DSC(热重-微分热重-差示扫描量热)热分析联用技术研究了烤烟、雪茄烟和白肋烟在氧气浓度为10%的氮/氧混合气氛下的热分解过程。结果表明:不同类型烟叶的热化学性质有着明显的差别;采用热分析技术,不但能区分烟草燃烧过程中蒸馏、裂解和燃烧等热分解阶段,而且能鉴别不同类型的烟草。
In order to compare the differences of the pyrolytic behavior of different types of tobacco,the thermal decomposition processes of three types of tobacco,including flue-cured,cigar and burley tobacco,were investigated by employing the TG-DTG-DSC thermal analysis technology under 10% oxygen in nitrogen.The results indicated that the thermal properties of different types of tobacco samples were different obviously.Thermal analysis technology can not only distinguish different stages of thermal decomposition that happened during tobacco combustion,involving evaporation,distillation,pyrolysis and combustion,but also identified different tobacco types.
