摘要
[目的]探讨规范化种植广藿香药材的安全性。[方法]用微波消解技术-电感耦合等离子质谱法对海南省万宁市、广东省肇庆市、湛江市吴川市、湛江市遂溪县4个产地的广藿香中的5种重金属含量(铜、镉、铅、砷和汞)进行测定分析与比较。[结果]用微波消解技术-电感耦合等离子质谱法测得5种重金属元素的检出限<0.13mg/L,相对标准偏差<2.0%,表明该方法具有很好的灵敏度和准确度。通过对4个产地广藿香中的重金属测定比较发现,不同产地广藿香药材中重金属含量存在一些差异,但都低于限量标准,其中以湛江市吴川市樟铺镇所产的广藿香药材中重金属含量最低。[结论]该研究涉及的4个产地均适合广藿香的规范化种植,能确保广藿香药材的质量。
[Objective]The study aimed to explore the safety for standardization planting of medicinal material Pogostemon cablin (Blanco.) Benth.[Method]ICP-MS with microwave digestion technique was used to measure and compare the contents of 5 heavy metal elements of Hg,Cu,As,Pb and Cd in P.cablin.from 4 growing areas of Wangning City of Hainan Province,Zhaoqing City of Guangdong Province,Wuchuan City of Zhanjiang City and Shuixi County of Zhanjiang City.[Result]The detection limit of 5 heavy metal elements determined by ICP-MS with microwave digestion technique was 0.13 mg/L,with the relative standard deviations of 2.0%,showing that this method had very good sensitivity and accuracy.The comparison on the determination of heavy metal contents in P.cablin.from 4 growing areas discovered that,these heavy metal contents in P.cablin from the different growing region had some differences,but they were all under the limitation standard,in which,the heavy metal contents in P.cablin from Zhangpu Town in Wuchuan City of Zhanjiang City was lowest.[Conclusion]4 growing areas referred in this study all suit the standardization planting of medicinal material P.cablin and the quality of P.cablin could be ensured.
