摘要
[目的]对姜黄素进行结构修饰,为其开发提供理论依据。[方法]姜黄素与氯化乙酰在冰水浴下搅拌反应制得姜黄素乙酸酯衍生物产品。用硅胶层析的方法,分离改性合成产物。[结果]用数字熔点仪对分离组分进行了测定,发现所分离的产物为姜黄素乙酸酯衍生物产品。[结论]反应产物纯度、产率较高。
[Objective]The research aimed to synthesize the curcumin derivatives and to provide the theoretical basis for its exploitation.[Method]Curcumin derivatives were produced with curcumin and acetyl chloride under ice-water bathing.Products were separated by the chromatogram of silica gel.[Result]The products were identified by digital melting point and they were identified as curcumin derivatives.[Conclusion]The purity and yield of the products were higher.
