犬瘟热病毒感染的诊断方法比较

Comparison of Two Diagnostic Methods for Detection of Canine Distemper Virus Infection in Dogs

采用犬瘟热病毒抗原快速检测试纸和RT-PCR方法,对2008～2009年在兰州市和乌鲁木齐市的50份疑似犬瘟热患病犬样品进行检测对比,结果发现这2种方法的符合率达96%。犬瘟热病毒抗原快速检测试纸是一种比较可靠的临床检测犬瘟热病毒感染的方法,而敏感性和特异性很高的RT-PCR方法更适合研究领域。

In this study,in order to determine the sensitiveness and specificity of the diagnostic method by CDV antigen test trip,we re-detected the 50 samples of canine distemper virus collected during the winter in 2008 and 2009 by RT-PCR,which were detected to be positive by CDV antigen test strip.The results showed that the coincidence of these two diagnostic methods was as high as 96%.This indicates that the test strip is a dependable diagnostic method for detection of canine distemper virus infection in clinic.However,because of the limitation of the condition in clinical department,RT-PCR,which is more sensitive and specific than test strip,is more suitable for the research area.
