竹加工废弃物提取物体外抑菌效果的比较 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]为开发新型饲料添加剂提供依据。[方法]利用体外抑菌实验,比较了2种竹加工废弃物提取物——竹粉提取物和竹原纤维加工废弃物(废渣)提取物的抑菌效果。[结果]竹粉提取物对革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)和革兰氏阴性菌(枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌)均有很强的抑菌效果,其抑菌效果明显优于竹原纤维加工废弃物(废渣)提取物。[结论]竹粉提取物可用于制备天然饲料添加剂。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to provide the basis for the exploitation of new feed additive. [ Method ] The test of bacteriostasis in vitro on two kinds of bamboo processing wastes extracts extracts of bamboo powders and bamboo fiber Processing wastes were compared. [ Result] The extracts of bamboo powders had strong antibacterial effects on Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus ) and Gram-negative bacteria (Bacillus subtilis, Colon bacillus), which were better tlaan those of bamboo processing wastes extracts. [ Conclusion ] The extracts of bamboo powders could be considered as a natural feed additive.
