水资源约束下河北省种植业调整研究——以蔬菜种植为例

Study on Adjustment of Crop Farming in Hebei Province under the Restriction of Water Resources

以蔬菜种植为例,在介绍基本情况的基础上,剖析了水资源约束下河北省蔬菜种植面临的主要问题,指出在水资源供需矛盾日益加剧的形势下,河北省可采取以下措施建立节水型蔬菜种植体系,以促进水资源合理配置、高效利用:一是建立蔬菜种植总面积控制制度,合理减少部分地区种植面积;二是依靠科技优化种植结构,建立节水型蔬菜种植体系;三是因地制宜种植蔬菜,优化蔬菜种植布局。

Based on introducing the basic situation, the main problems of vegetable planting in Hebei Province under the restriction of water resources were analyzed. It was pointed out that under the water demand and supply contradictions becoming increasingly acute situation, the following countermeasures should be adopted to establish water-saving type vegetable planting system and promote water resources reasonable allocation and high efficiency utilization ： first, establish control system for total planting area of vegetable, appropriately reduce plating area of some places; second, optimize planting structure depending on technology, establish water-saving vegetable planting system; third, plant vegetable according to circumstances, optimize planting layout.
