Study on Residential Energy Conservation in Building New Socialist Countryside

新农村建设的重点是提高农民的生活质量,使农民更有尊严的、更好的生活。在这个背景下,如何使农村能够可持续的发展,能源就是关键。在农村的能源利用中,住宅耗能是不可忽略的一部分。如何提高农村住宅能源利用率,尽可能减少耗能,并且能提高农民的生活质量,提高热舒适、提高空气品质等问题已经提上日程。对此作了一些探讨,对农村住宅建设提供了一些参考建议。

New countryside construction focuses on improving the living quality of farmers and endowing them with more dignified and better life. Under this background,energy becomes the key point in maintaining a sustainable development of rural area. While in the energy utilization of rural area,residential energy consumption can not be neglected. It has been brought onto the agenda that how to improve the rural residential energy utilization efficiency,reduce the energy consumption as much as possible as well as improve the farmers＇ living quality,the comfortableness as well as air condition. The paper discusses on the above issues so as to provide references for rural residential construction.
