破解大学生村官身份困境的合理途径探析

大学生村官制度是解决现行中国城乡发展困难的有益政策,但是大学生村官合法地位的缺失使得这项制度的推行遭遇根本性困难。现代企业管理中的职业经理人制度可给大学生村官制度的进一步完善提供借鉴,即通过职业化的途径将大学生村官定位成农村基层自治组织内部的专门管理者——职业村官。在这种思路指导下,介绍了公务法人制度在破解大学生村官法律地位困境的作用,并提出了破解大学生村官法律地位困境的新思路。

College student village official system is a beneficial policy for resolving the current difficulties in China＇s urban and rural development,but the lack of legal status makes the implementation of the system encountering difficulties. The professional manager system in modern enterprise management could provide reference for perfection of college student village official system,that is,through the professional way to get students into the rural grassroots self-governing village official position within the organization of specialized managers—vocational village official. With the guidance of this view,the function of office legal person system in solving the legal status difficulties was introduced,and the new thoughts were put forward.
