热休克蛋白70-1基因+190G/C多态性与牡丹江地区缺血性脑卒中的关系

摘要 目的:探讨热休克蛋白70-1(HSP70-1)基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法:采用成组病例-对照研究设计,选择牡丹江市各大医院200例缺血性脑卒中患者为病例组,同时选择研究期间社区健康体检人群200人作为对照组。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测HSP70-1多态性,同时按照流行病学方法设计调查表进行问卷调查。结果:HSP70-1基因基因型分布在两组中差异有统计学意义(P=0.013),+190G/C(rs562047)多态性增加了缺血性脑卒中的易感性(OR=1.704、P=0.010)。结论:HSP70-1+190G/C多态性与牡丹江地区汉族总体人群缺血性脑卒中的易感性相关。 Objective:To explore the association of polymorphisms of heart shock proteins 70-1(HSP 70-1) and the susceptibility to ischemic stroke.Methods: A case-control study was conducted.200 patients with ischemic stroke were selected from several general hospitals in Mudanjiang,200 peaple selected from health population as the control group.HSP70-1 genotypes were determined by the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) technique.The cases and the control group were interviewed using the same questionnaire.Results: There were differences in the distribution of genotypes between the case group and the control group(P=0.013).The mutation of+190G/C(rs562047) increased the risk of ischemic stroke of all samples(OR=1.704,P=0.010).Conclusion: The variance of +190G/C(rs562047) in heart shock proteins 70-1 gene was relative to the risk of ischemic stroke in Han population of Mudanjiang.
