摘要
目的:通过对2型糖尿病患者短期胰岛素强化治疗,观察治疗前后氧化应激相关因子的变化情况。方法:选择初次诊断2型糖尿病以及病程小于5年的2型糖尿病各30例,给予2周的胰岛素强化治疗(采用胰岛素每日多次皮下注射(MDI)和持续性皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)治疗)。比较治疗前后抽取空腹静脉血测hs-CRP、Hcy、SOD、MDA、MMP-9。结果:胰岛素强化治疗后,病程小于5年组治疗后血清hs-CRP、Hcy、MDA、MMP-9较治疗前下降,SOD升高,初诊组治疗前后上述指标差值则较病程小于5年组显著。结论:胰岛素强化治疗可显著改善氧化应激状态,提示尽早应用胰岛素短期强化治疗可能在2型糖尿病B细胞功能保护及延缓其并发症的发生发展上起到了一定的作用。
Objective:In Type 2 diabetic patients by short-term insulin pump therapy,Oxidative stress before and after treatment and the changes of related factors were studied.Methods: Select the initial diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and duration of less than 5 years 30 cases of type 2 diabetes.Given 2 weeks of intensive insulin therapy(Using multiple daily subcutaneous injection of insulin(MDI) and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) therapy).Fasting venous blood before and after treatment measured hs-CRP、Hcy、SOD、MDA、MMP-9.Results: Intensive insulin treatment,duration of less than 5 years group the serum hs-CRP、Hcy、MDA、MMP-9.compared with before treatment,SOD increased,Diagnosis group before and after treatment than the duration of the index difference is significantly less than 5 years.Conclusion: Intensive insulin therapy can significantly improve the oxidative stress,as soon as possible short-term intensive insulin therapy in type 2 diabetes and delay the development of complications played a certain role.
