酗酒和心力衰竭 被引量：4

摘要 逾百项前瞻性队列研究观察到饮酒量与冠心病的发病率、病死率及全因死亡率呈“U”或“J”型曲线关系。过量饮酒或酗酒具有明确的心血管毒性作用，其中长期大量饮酒将增加酒精性心肌病（alcoholic cardiomyopathy，ACM）的患病风险。
