胃癌与微小RNA研究进展

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长度为21~25个核苷酸的非编码小RNA,调节内源基因表达,在生物发育过程中起重要作用,其表达具有高度的保守性、时序性和组织特异性。miRNA广泛存在于各个生物物种中,目前已发现的人类miRNA共940个(据推测可能多达1000个),可调节多种基因的表达,其中包括重要的肿瘤相关基因,但多数的功能目前仍不明确。
