摘要 肠病相关T细胞淋巴瘤（enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma,EATL）是一种原发于肠道的可能来源于肠道上皮内T淋巴细胞（intraepithelial lymphocytes,IEL）的结外T细胞淋巴瘤.早在1978年Isaacson等研究认为EATL是一种与乳糜泻（celiac disease）相关的肿瘤性疾病,由于发现这种肿瘤的肿瘤细胞具有组织细胞的特性而称之为肠恶性组织细胞增生症.1985年,EATL被证实为T细胞源性.1986年,O＇Farrelly等发现此种肿瘤与其肿物周边小肠绒毛萎缩密切相关而将其命名为EATL.1994年的REAL分类及2001年的WHO淋巴造血组织肿瘤分类分别称其为肠T细胞淋巴瘤及肠病型T细胞淋巴瘤.
