The advances of animal models for laser eye injury

摘要 激光眼损伤动物模型的建立在激光眼损伤机制及损伤治疗研究中有重要作用。激光眼损伤最主要的靶部位是视网膜和角膜。本文就常见的激光所致角膜雾状混浊、角膜烧伤以及视网膜热损伤、机械损伤的动物模型研究进展做一综述。 The establishment of animal models is very important for the research of the mechanism and treatment of laser eye injury.Retina and cornea are most susceptive to laser radiation.In this review,the animal models for laser eye injury,including cornea haze,cornea burn,retinal thermal and mechanical injury are reviewed.
