摘要
目的:应用兔脊神经后支切断,椎旁肌失神经支配动物模型,观察是否形成凸向失神经支配侧脊柱侧凸畸形。方法:日本大耳白兔96只,雌雄各半,体重500~700克,兔龄4~6周,随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组按照单、双侧椎旁肌分离与否分为实验组A及B两组,此两组根据右侧脊神经根后支切除节段(4、6、8个节段)不同再分为3个亚组。对照组内各亚组手术操作同实验组,但不切断神经根后支。术后1、2、3个月摄片观察脊柱侧凸变化。术后3个月椎旁肌HE染色观察神经根切断侧肌肉是否萎缩。结果:术后3个月椎旁肌裸视下观察及HE染色观察肌纤维均见神经切断侧肌肉明显萎缩,但各实验组均未发现有凸向失神经支配侧的脊柱侧凸畸形。结论:通过该方法造成幼兔单侧椎旁肌失神经支配,不易诱发脊柱侧凸畸形。
Objective:To establish the animal model of unilateral denervation of paravertebral muscles by sectioning the dorsal ramus of the spinal nerves,and to observe whether this will induce scoliosis with curve convex to the damaged side.Method:96 Japanese white rabbits (female∶male,1∶1) were included in this re- search.The weight ranged from 500g to 700g,and the rabbits aged from 4 to 6 weeks.All animals were randomized into experiment group (n=48) and control group (n=48).The experimental group was divided into 2 groups(group A and B)based on unilateral or bilateral paravertebral muscles section,and these 2 groups were divided into 3 subgroups according to varied segments of dorsal ramus section (4,6,8 segments),while the same surgical maneuver,except for sectioning of dorsal ramus,were performed in control group.At 1,2 and 3 months after operation,radiographs were taken to observe the spinal curve,and histoimmunochemistry test were used to determine the atrophy of paravertebral muscles.Result:3 Months after operation,apparent atrophy of paravertebral muscles at sectioning side was visualized through naked eyes and HE staining in experiment groups,but no scoliosis with curve convex to the damaged side developed.Conclusion:Unilateral denervation of paravertebral muscles does not induce scoliosis with curve convex to the damaged side.
