摘要
目的探讨双黄连注射液对免疫功能低下机体补体系统的影响。方法采用微量CH50法测定血清补体总量。免疫酶法测定补体介导的免疫复合物溶解能力(CMS)。结果双黄连经腹腔注射5ml/kg、15ml/kg、25ml/kg均能拮抗氢化可的松所致的小鼠免疫功能抑制,双黄连能使补体总量、CMSC的水平增高(P<0 .05),其强度以大剂量最显著,接近正常水平。结论双黄连能提高免疫功能低下机体的免疫功能,为临床治疗小儿病毒性肺炎等感染性疾病所致的继发免疫功能低下提供了充足的理论依据。
Objective To study the effect of Shuanghuanglian (SHL )injection on complement system of immunodepressed body. Metheod Totalserum complement was tested through micromethod CH50, and thecomplement- mediated immune complex solubilizing capacity (CMSC) wastested by using immunoenzyme. Result SHL could antagonize the immuno-suppressant effect of HC injected into mice's abdominal cavity at 5ml. kg-1, 15ml. kg-1 and 25ml. kg-1 respectively. SHL could increase the total complement and CMSC (P<0. 05 ). Large dosage (25ml. kg-1 ) could lead to the greatest enbancement. Conclusion SHL has effects in increasing the body immune function, which prives an adequate theoretical foundation for clinical treatment of secondary immunodeficiency caused by infectious disease like virus pneumonia in children.
