白血病微环境的靶向药物趋化因子受体CXCR4拮抗剂作用机制的研究
摘要
造血来源的肿瘤细胞表达趋化因子受体CXCR4,是一种7次跨膜G蛋白耦联受体。组成骨髓微环境的基质细胞分泌基质细胞衍生因子SDF-1/CXCL12,是CXCR4的配体。CXCR4的活化可诱导白血病细胞向骨髓微环境的归巢,白血病细胞表达的CXCL12与骨髓基质细胞紧密相连并且提供生长和耐药的信号。
