利用静脉声学造影彩色花簇现象三维重建肝癌图像的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的利用新型声学造影剂在肝脏产生的彩色花簇现象重建肝脏肿瘤的三维图像。方法制作兔VX2肝癌模型6只,经耳缘静脉注入0005~001ml/kg新型声学造影剂FX530,彩色多普勒能量图观察,自由扫查采集图像以黑白显示并三维重建。结果VX2肿瘤三维图像呈“球形的空洞”,边缘轮廓清晰,表面特征明显,肿瘤立体感强。结论利用彩色花簇现象可良好地重建肝脏肿瘤的三维图像,为超声观察肿瘤提供了新的途径。 Purpose For evaluating the role of 3 dimensional ultrasonic reconstruction of hepatic tumors base on “blooming” artifact on color Doppler Energy Imaging after intravenous injection of a new generation of ultrasonic contrast agent FX530.Methods Six of the transplanted VX2 liver tumors were setup in 6 rabbits.Three dimensional color Doppler energy imaging based on “blooming” artifact,acquiring by freehand scanning technique,was used to visualize the tumors after intravenous administration of FX530(0.005~0.01ml/kg).Results On 3 dimensional ultrasonography,the VX2 liver tumors were showed as “globular cavity” with clear stereoscopic contour.The surface characteristics of the tumors were displayed.Conclusion Based on “blooming” artifact on color Doppler energy imaging after intravenous contrast enhancement,3 dimensional reconstruction is a new way to visualize the liver tumor. [
