摘要
目的了解青光眼球后动脉血流动力学变化表现。方法用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对34名青光眼患者的61眼进行视网膜中央动脉,睫状后动脉和眼动脉血流频谱测量。34名健康自愿者的68眼作为对照。结果开角型青光眼球后动脉与正常对照比较收缩期峰值流速,舒张末期流速和时间平均最大流速明显降低,阻力指数明显增高(P<0.01~0.001)。低眼压青光眼与慢性单纯性青光眼球后动脉阻力指数比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论青光眼球后动脉血流呈低流速高阻力状态。
Purpose To study of the
retrobulbar hemodynamic change of the glaucoma. Methods The blood flow parameters of the
central retinal artery, posterior ciliary arteries and ophthalmic artery with color Doppler imaging
unit in 61 eyes of 34 patients with glaucoma were measured. Sixty eight eyes of 34 health
volunteer were control group. Results The peak systolic velocity(PSV), end diastolic velocity
(EDV) and time averaged maximum velocity (TAMV) significantly reduced and the resistance
index (RI) significantly increased in the CRA,PCA and OA of the open angle glaucoma, when
compared with the healthy control group ( P <0.01~0.001). The retrobullbar arterial resistance
index of low tension glaucoma was not significantly compared with chronic simple glaucoma (
P >0.05).Conclusion Abnormal change of the retrobullbar arterial blood flow in glaucoma is
reduced velocity and increased resistance index. [
