摘要
动脉粥样硬化是一个复杂的病理过程,已有很多理论从不同的角度来解释动脉粥样硬化的发病机制,但任何一种学说都不能全面地解释其发病机制。在动脉粥样硬化的形成与发展中,内皮细胞、白细胞、血小板和内膜平滑肌细胞作为主要参与者,通过与细胞因子、生长因子等作用,组成一个复杂的网络结构,诱发动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展。血小板在动脉粥样硬化形成过程中的重要作用也日益被人们所认知并接受。在动脉粥样硬化形成的初级阶段,血小板在一定程度上诱导了斑块的形成,而在晚期的并发症中也起了重要作用。本文侧重总结了血小板与动脉粥样硬化进程的重要关系,以期为推动动脉粥样硬化的早期诊断和抗血小板治疗提供重要的理论依据。
Atherosclerosis is a complex pathological process,and a variety of theories have been proposed to explain the pathogenesis from different perspectives.However,none of these theories can explain the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis clearly.Endothelial cells,leukocytes,platelets and intimal smooth muscle cells are the major participants in the development of this disease.Together with cytokines,growth factors etc,they compose a complicated network-structure,which leads to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.Moreover, platelet and its significant role in the atherosclerosis pathogenesis have drawn more and more attention.In the initial stage of atherosclerosis,platelets induce the formation of atherosclerosis plaques,while they also contribute to the complications of atherosclerosis in the later stage.This article focuses on summarizing the relationship between platelets and atherosclerosis,so as to provide some vital theoretical foundations for the early diagnosis and antiplatelet therapy of atherosclerosis.
