锁定接骨板与解剖接骨板在治疗肱骨近端骨折中的应用比较 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]探讨锁定接骨板与解剖接骨板在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的临床效果。[方法]苏州大学附属第二医院和常州市第二医院两医院自2007年5月~2010年2月共收治49例肱骨近端骨折,其中男23例,女26例。患者平均年龄49.1岁(20~81岁)。按Neer分类法,二部分骨折18例;三部分骨折19例;四部分骨折12例。采用锁定接骨板治疗25例,解剖接骨板治疗24例,随访观察并比较二者肩关节Neer评分及术后并发症指标。[结果]锁定接骨板治疗25例中,平均分为77.4,功能优7例,良8例,中7例,差3例,总优良率(Neer评分大于70)为88%;解剖接骨板治疗24例中,平均分为69.1,功能优5例,良4例,中5例,差10例,总优良率(Neer评分大于70)为58.3%。两种治疗在三、四部分骨折比较中有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。[结论]肱骨近端锁定接骨板是治疗肱骨近端骨折,尤其是三部分和四部分骨折的理想内固定材料。
