摘要
通过采用MEBO及MEBT治疗342例449处烧伤创面的观察，并与传统疗法治疗的68例94处创面进行比较，认为：MEBO和MEBT能减少烧伤创面感染机会、改善淤血、深度变浅、缩短治愈时间及改善愈后功能。在烧伤深度变化中有特殊意义。
449 wounds of 324 cases of burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO and 94 wounds of 68 cases of burn were treated with conventional therapy. A comparison between the results of the two treating methods revealed that MEBT/MEBO had the effect of reducing wound infection rate,improving blood stasis, decreasing wound depth, shortening healing time and improving functional recovery. Its effect on the change in wound depth is of specia1 c1inical significance.
