摘要
目的探讨肾上腺损伤的CT表现特征。方法回顾性分析9例经临床或随访证实的肾上腺损伤患者的CT资料,其中男7例,女2例,9例均行CT平扫加增强检查。结果 9例损伤均为单侧,右侧8例,左侧1例。CT主要表现为肾上腺区类圆形或卵圆形血肿7例,肾上腺区弥漫出血2例,增强后未见强化。8例合并其他脏器损伤。结论 CT平扫和增强扫描表现具有一定特征性,结合临床病史能对肾上腺损伤做出正确的诊断。
Objective To evaluate the CT characteristics of adrenal injury. Methods Unenhanced and contrast-enhanced CT examination of 9 patients （7 men, 2 women） with adrenal injury confirmed by clinical follow-up were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were unilateral with 8 cases involving the right and 1 left adrenal glands. CT showed round or oval adrenal hematomas （7 cases） and dif- fuse adrenal hemorrhage （2）. There was no contrast enhancement and 8 cases were associated with other organ injuries. Conclusion CT examination with the appropriate clinical history allows accurate diagnosis of adrenal injury.
