摘要
本文介绍了15例烧伤创面行自体皮游离移植后，运用MEBO治疗，皮片5天后开始扩延，而对照组皮片扩延较慢，两组比较有显著性差异。指出植皮手术后3天首次打开敷料，即行MEBO治疗可促进上皮细胞生长及皮片扩延，缩短创面愈合时间。
To investigate the effect of MEBO in treating burn wounds after skin grafting, its application started on day 3 after skin grafting once every day. The grafts began to extend after 5 days. The extension of the skin graft was faster than those without app1ying MEBO. This result proved that MEBO is effective in promoting epithe1ial regeneration and skin graft extension.
