To keep the body warm is an important anti-shock measure for burn patient at early stage, because cold will cause capillary endirig spasmodic contraction, and result in tissue anoxia and severe shock. Exposed burn therapy requires a warm environmerit to protect burn wounds and for isolation and sterilization. The authors invented a thermal insulation bedspread which helps grassroot hospitals to solve this problem. This invention holds patent right now.
