超声心动描记术在二尖瓣关闭不全外科修复中应用

Application of echocardiography in mitral valve repair for mitral regurgitation

摘要 二尖瓣关闭不全的修复手术近年来发展迅速,超声心动描记术在其围手术期发挥着重要作用。文章综述了在二尖瓣修复术的术前诊断、术中监测和术后随访中,各种超声心动描记术包括二维超声心动描记术、彩色多普勒超声显像、经食管超声心动描记术、实时三维超声心动描记术等的应用情况。着重介绍了在使用瓣膜夹或环缩器的二尖瓣反流经导管修复术等新方法中超声心动描记术的作用。
