乳腺癌组织中环氧化酶-2、血管内皮生长因子-C的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:2

Relationship of the expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer

摘要 目的检测乳腺癌组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)与血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)的表达,探讨其与乳腺癌淋巴结转移之间的相关性及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及15例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中COX-2及VEGF-C蛋白的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组COX-2、VEGF-C表达的阳性率及表达程度均高于纤维腺瘤组(P<0.01);二者的表达均与乳腺癌淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.01);二者在乳腺癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01);二者联合表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2和VEGF-C在乳腺癌组织中呈过表达,且二者表达呈正相关,二者联合表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关;联合检测COX-2与VEGF-C在乳腺癌中的表达可以为临床制定合理的治疗方案提供参考依据。 Objective To detect the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) in breast cancer and get further understanding of the correlation between these two indexes and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was adopted in detecting COX-2 and VEGF-C protein expression in 60 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma and 15 cases of breast fibroadenoma.Results The positive rate and expression level of COX-2 and VEGF-C in breast cancer were higher than those in fibroadenoma group(P0.01).COX-2 and VEGF-C's expression was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer(P0.01),and expressions of COX-2 and VEGF-C were positively correlated with each other.The co-expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C was related to lymph node metastasis (P0.05).Conclusion COX-2 and VEGF-C are over-expressed in breast cancer,and their expressions have a positive correlation.The co-expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C is related to lymph node metastasis.A join-detection of COX-2 and VEGF-C's expression in breast cancer can provide a reference for instituting clinical treatment plan.
