肿瘤组织标本库的创建和管理方法探索

Establishment and management of tumour tissues bank

目的:通过创建肿瘤组织标本库,充分保护和合理利用肿瘤标本资源,为临床和科学研究者提供合适数量的肿瘤标本,促进肿瘤的研究。方法:收集手术切除后的肿瘤组织,包括肿瘤、瘤旁和切缘远端非癌组织以及肿瘤患者的外周血淋巴细胞和血清/血浆标本。收集到的肿瘤组织先经液氮处理后,再转入-80℃低温冷冻保存;开发出一套信息管理系统应用于肿瘤标本库的管理,所有的标本及其相关临床信息资料均录入数据库,可随时调用和查询。结果:标本库现保存有各类肿瘤(食道、鼻咽、肺、胃、肝、乳腺、肠、子宫和卵巢等)组织标本1263例。其中恶性肿瘤1225例,良性肿瘤38例。保存了包括肿瘤组织、癌旁组织及远端非癌组织标本2618份。术前血清共收集726份,术后血清共收集295份。术前血浆共收集655份,术后血浆共收集266份。术前淋巴细胞共收集670份,术后淋巴细胞共收集280份。完成了标本库信息数据管理软件的开发工作,对所收集标本的流行病学及临床资料信息录入计算机归档管理。结论:初步建立了具有一定规模的肿瘤标本资源库,形成了一整套肿瘤组织标本库的建设及管理方法,为今后相关的肿瘤研究提供了服务平台。

Objective：To protect and utilize the tumour tissue resources fully and provide a suitable number of tumour tissues for studying tumour,the tumour tissues bank was established in our hospital.Methods：The tumour tissues were collected after surgical resection,including tumour,adjacent tumour,adjacent non-cancerous tissue,peripheral blood lymphocytes and serum/plasma.The tissues collected were dealed with liquid nitrogen for 30 minutes,and then stored at-80℃.A set of information management system was developed for managing of tumour tissues bank.All the tissues and related data were entered as a database.Results：Various types of tumour tissues,esophagus,nasopharynx,lung,stomach,liver,breast,intestine,uterus and ovary,were preserved in the tissue bank.There were 1263 cases of tumour tissues in the tissue bank,among 1225 cases of malignant tumour and 38 cases of carcinoids,1021 samples of serum,921 plasma and 950 lymphoctes were collected,including before and after operation.Conclusion：A certain size of tumour tissue bank and a set of related methods and managements have been established and formed for supplying a service platform of cancer research in the future.
