摘要
目的:探讨溶血磷脂酸(LPA)对卵巢癌细胞CAOV3生长转移的影响。方法:应用MTT法、transwell迁移侵袭实验以及ELISA方法,观察LPA对卵巢癌细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、分泌的影响。结果:在无牛血清条件下,LPA作用于卵巢癌细胞后,细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭以及分泌生长因子的作用明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:LPA具有促进卵巢癌细胞CAOV3增殖和浸润转移的作用。
Objective：To investigate effect of LPA on proliferation and metastasis of ovarian cancer cell lines CAOV3.Methods：MTT,Transwell and Matrigel,ELISA methods were used to analyze effect of LPA on proliferation and metastasis of ovarian cancer cell lines CAOV3.Results：Under serum-free suboptimal culture conditions,proliferation and migration,invasion and secretion of ovarian cancer cell lines CAOV3 significantly higher in LPA-treated group,compared with control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：LPA promotes proliferation and invasiveness of ovarian cancer CAOV3.
