摘要 胰腺癌是最常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断难度大,预后极差。18F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET/CT将PET的功能显像与CT的解剖成像有机融合,不仅能有效显示肿瘤的代谢、增生、乏氧和细胞凋亡状态,而且能精确显示肿瘤组织与周围脏器组织的解剖结构关系,探查全身淋巴结及远处转移情况,在胰腺癌患者的诊断、分期、指导治疗、疗效监控和预后评价等方面,PET/CT都具有重要的临床应用价值。本文将就18F-FDG PET及PET/CT在胰腺癌临床应用中的价值进行综述。 Pancreatic cancer is one of malignant tumors in the digestive system,which has difficult diagnosis in early stage,and poor prognosis.Positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT),combines the functional imaging of PET and the anatomic imaging of CT can efficiently image tumor metabolism,proliferation,hypoxia and cell apoptosis.It can also precisely image the anatomic structure of tumors and their adjacent organs or tissues,locate lymph nodes and metastases of body as a whole,PET/CT was found to be particularly helpful for guiding diagnosis,staging,monitoring therapy and in evaluating the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.
