应用Smart Plug泪小管塞治疗干眼症临床疗效

Application of Smart Plug lacrimal plug in the treatmengt of dry eye

目的观察Smart Plug泪小管塞治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法应用Smart Plug泪小管塞治疗干眼症患者29例(58眼),随访6～10月,平均7.8个月。根据Schirmer Ⅰ试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(TBUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL),观察临床疗效。结果 (1)治疗前后SIT分别为(3.35±2.60)mm和(6.35±4.15)mm(P<0.05);(2)治疗前后TBUT分别为(3.14±1.22)s和(5.46±1.26)s(P<0.05);(3)FL评分分别为(2.15±0.09)分和0.05±0.01分(P<0.05);(4)病人主观症状改善。结论 SmartPlug泪小管塞治疗干眼症具有明确疗效,临床上可作为干眼症治疗方法之一。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Smart Plug lacrimal plug in the treatment of dry eye.Methods Twenty-nine patients with dry eyes（58 eyes） were treated with Smart Plug lacrimal plug.All the patients were follow up for 6-10 months（average 7.8 months）.Schirmer I test（SIT）,tear break-up time（TBUT） and corneal fluorescein staining were used forevaluation of the clinical efficacy.Results The SIT was 3.35？？.60 mm and 6.35？？.15 mm,TBUT was 3.14？？.22 s and 5.46？？.26 s,and corneal fluorescein staining was 2.15？？.09 and 0.05？？.01 before and afterthe treatment,respectively（P0.05）.The subjective symptoms were improved in most of the patients.Conclusion Smart Plug lacrimal plug is effective in the treatment of dry eye due to aqueous teardeficiency,and can be one of the choice of dry eye treatment.
