摘要
以大刺猴头(88)多糖(HEPS)200mg/kg提前经口给予小鼠,连续7天后,再合并给予小鼠环磷酰胺40mg/kgip连续2次,间隔24小时。检测HEPS对环磷酰胺所致小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率增加的影响。结果提示:HEPS可以拮抗环磷酰胺所致小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的增加,与阳性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。以HEPS200mg/kg提前经口给与小鼠,连续7天后,再合并给予小鼠环磷酰胺20mg/kgip连续5天。最终检测HEPS对环磷酰胺所致小鼠精子畸形率增加的影响。结果提示:HEPS可以拮抗环磷酰胺所致小鼠精子畸形率的增加,与阳性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
By means of PCE micronucleus test and sperm malformation test in mice,we found that HEPS,which was administered orally for consecutive 7 days at dose 200mg/kg,could significantly decrease the frepuencies of PCE micronucleus and sperm malformation compared with the cyclophosphamide group(WTBXP <0.05).The results of the experiments suggested that HEPS had certain antimutagenic effect.
