猪高致病性蓝耳病病毒诱发病毒性肺损伤动物模型初探 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察人工感染猪高致病性蓝耳病病毒发病猪肺组织的病理学变化,探讨猪高致病性蓝耳病用作SARS病毒性肺损伤动物模型的可行性。方法用高致病性蓝耳病毒株NVDC—JXA1株人工感染试验猪10头,制备、观察肺组织病理切片,并与报道的SARS病毒引起的肺损伤进行比较分析。结果人工感染高致病性蓝耳病病毒后试验猪全部发病死亡,肺脏均呈现典型的间质性肺炎变化,比较高致病性蓝耳病与SARS病毒所引起的肺损伤发现两者具有极高的相似性。结论猪高致病性蓝耳病或可用作SARS病毒性肺损伤的动物模型,对于研究SARS病毒致病机理具有一定意义。 Objective Histopathologic changes of lung from the pigs infected with highly pathogenic PRRSV was observed to explore the feasibility of pulmonary injury animal model induced by PRRSV. Methods Ten pigs of experimental group were infected with highly pathogenic NVDC-JXA1 PRRSV strain, and the lung tissues were collected for histopathologic observation. The pulmonary injury induced by highly pathogenic PRRSV and SARS was compared. Results Pigs of experimental group were all died after artificial infection of highly pathogenic PRRSV, and the typical changes of interstitial pneumonia can be found in lung tissue. There was a high similarity of pulmonary injuries induced by highly pathogenic PRRSV and SARS after comparison. Conclusion It was feasible that highly pathogenic PRRSV could be used as a model of viral pulmonary injury, which had a definite significance to study the pathogenesis of SARRS.
