摘要
目的了解体外循环期间心瓣膜置换手术患者外周血白细胞表面粘附分子表达情况。方法采用流式细胞仪测定了12例患者体外循环前后多时间点外周血白细胞表面粘附分子的表达。结果体外循环后患者白细胞CD11a,CD18,CD11a/CD18,CD11b,CD11b/CD18表达明显增加(P<0.05)。结论体外循环后心瓣膜置换术患者外周血白细胞激活。
Objective To explore the changes of leukocyte adhesion molecule expression during extracorporeal circulation (ECC) in patients undergoing valve replacement with prosthesis. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected before, and 1,2,5,7 day after ECC and processed for the expression of β 2 integrins(CD 11a ,CD 18 ,CD 11a /CD 18 ,CD 11b ,CD 11b /CD 18 )with flow cytometry. Results ECC was associated with a sustained up regulation of β 2 integrins. The expression of CD 18 , CD 11a /CD 18 ,CD 11b ,CD 11b /CD 18 increased over pre ECC values significantly at 1 and 2 day after ECC( P <0 01).In addition,CD 11a expression also increased significantly at 1 day after ECC( P <0 05). Conclusion ECC is associated with leukocyte activation and causes up regulation of the leukocyte adhesion molecule expression in patients undergoing valve replacement with prosthesis.
