摘要 目的观察和比较糖尿病大鼠血管、心脏和肺脏组织中血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)表达水平。方法应用RT-PCR和免疫组织化学技术检测链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠心脏、肺脏和胸主动脉HO-1mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果与对照组相比,糖尿病大鼠心脏和肺脏组织的HO-1表达增强,而胸主动脉HO-1表达无差异。结论与心脏、肺脏相比较,血管组织不能在糖尿病状态下有效表达HO-1。 Objective To observe and compare the expression of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) in lung,heart and aorta of diabetic rats.Methods HO-1 expression was detected by RT-PCR and immunochemistry.Results Elevated expression of HO-1 mRNA and protein were observed in lung and heart of diabetic rats,while there was no change in HO-1 expression in the aorta of diabetic rats compared to that of control rats.Conclusions Since HO-1 plays an important role in defense mechanisms,the sustained low level of HO-1 in aorta may weaken vascular defense against the increased oxidative stress in diabetes.It is essential to enhance HO-1 expression against diabetic angiopathies.
