泌尿外科日间手术3050例总结

Anesthesia in urology in the mode of day surgery

目的探讨日间手术模式在泌尿外科手术中的应用。方法 2003年1月至2007年1月以日间手术形式治疗泌尿系统疾病3 050例。根据不同疾病,采取相应术式。麻醉采用局麻或表面麻醉。结果 3 032例患者术后2 h出院。18例术后站立时有头昏主诉。所有患者术后疼痛轻微,镇痛药物可以控制;术后无尿潴留切口感染;尿道狭窄;无心脑血管等重要脏器的并发症发生。结论泌尿外科日间手术患者痛苦小,留院时间短,安全可行。

Objective To investigate the application of day surgery in urinary system.Methods A total of 3050 cases of urinary diseases received day surgery from January 2003 to January 2007.Different operation procedures were chosen.Local or superficial anesthesia was adopted.Results 3032 cases were discharged 2 hours after operation.18 cases complained of dizziness and were observed in hospital,with symptom disappeared without treatment.Pain was slight and could be controlled with common pain killer.No urinary retention,infection of incisional wound or urethral stricture occurred.Conclusions Day surgery of urinary system is safe and cost-effective.
