摘要
目的 观察新生儿窒息时血糖及激素与胰岛素受体对血糖调节的变化。 方法 对28 例正常新生儿组,14 例窒息组患儿用受体放射配基结合分析中Scatchard 系统分析血细胞胰岛素受体(InsR) ,用放射免疫法测定胰岛素、可的松、胰高糖素。 结果 窒息1 小时后血糖明显下降[(3.15±0 .76 m mol/L) vs(1 .36 ±0 .58 m mol/L)] ,伴血清胰岛素水平降低[(22 .52 ±3 .43 m U/L) vs(10.34±1.97 m U/L)] 、血细胞胰岛素受体的低亲和性结合位点数降低(2 695 ±319) 个/RBC。 结论 足月儿已具备胰岛素胰岛素受体功能。
Objective To observe blood glucose and regulation factors including hormones and insulin receptor post neonatal asphyxia. Methods Scatchard analysis of Radioligand Binding Assay of Receptor was employed for the study of insulin receptor analysis and radioimmunology for hormones in twenty eight normal newborn infants (control), and fourteen asphyxia newborn infants. Results Blood glucose decreased significantly (3.15±0.76 vs 1.36±0.58 mmol/L) with significant decreasing of serum insulin (22.52±3.43 vs 10.34±1.97 mU/L) and the number of the lower affinitive binding site on insulin receptor (2 695.34±319.34/RBC) one hour after asphyxia in asphyxia group. Conclusion It is suggested that full term newborn already has the function with insulin and insulin receptor, but it is not sufficient to support the regulation of blood glucose to a normal level.
