摘要
①目的探讨患病飞行员妻子心理社会因素对飞行员躯体疾病发生发展的影响。②方法对２３８户飞行员家庭夫妻双方进行艾森克人格问卷、临床症状自评量表、紧张性生活事件调查表、社会支持评定量表、Ｏｌｓｏｎ婚姻质量问卷测评。③结果患病飞行员自身及其妻子的心理健康水平均明显低于健康飞行员及其妻子。患病飞行员妻子在神经质维度上得分明显高于健康飞行员妻子，在学习、人际关系方面发生的生活事件引起的精神紧张明显增高，在婚姻质量方面的婚姻满意度、过分理想化、夫妻交流度３因子上得分明显低；通常获得的客观支持也明显降低。
Objective To explore the relationship between pilots' illness and the psychosocial factors of their wives. Methods\ 238 pilots and their wives were investigated with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Symptom Check List 90, Social Support Scale, Stressful Life Events Scale, Olson Marital Quality Inventory.\ Results\ The results showed that the psychological health level of sick pilots and their wives were significantly lower than that of the healthy pilots and their wives. Compared with the wives of healthy pilots , the wives of the sick pilots had higher neuroticism factors score in personality, more negative life events in learning, interpersonal relations questions, lower marital quality and objective social support.\ Conclusion\ Psychosocial factors of pilot wives were important influencing factors to the health level of pilot.
