摘要
腈纶织物接枝蛋白是为制备既具有良好服用性能又具有良好生物相容性的面料,但接枝蛋白的腈纶织物一般柔软度、褶皱弹性都大幅下降。为此,设计并合成了具有柔软功能的交联剂——蔗糖脂肪酸酯缩水甘油醚(SFEGE),并将丝胶蛋白接枝在碱减量腈纶织物表面。测定了不同丝胶蛋白接枝率的腈纶织物的服用性能。结果表明:腈纶织物用SFEGE作交联剂接枝丝胶蛋白后,柔软性、褶皱弹性、透湿性都保持良好,吸湿性、透气性得到改善。
In order to prepare the fabrics which had excellent wearability property and predominant biocompatibility,acrylic fabrics was modified with sericin protein.But the softness and elasticity of acrylic fabric grafted with sericin protein always decreased greatly.This paper designed and synthesized a new cross linking agent named sucrose fatty acid ester glycidyl ether(SFEGE) which had softening function.The alkali deweighting acrylic fabric was grafted with sericin protein by sucrose fatty acid ester glycidyl ether(SFEGE).Then the wearability of acrylic fabrics grafted with different grafting rate of sericin protein was measured.The results showed that softness,hygroscopic property and elasticity of grafted acrylic fabric still kept well,while moisture permeability and the air permeability were improved.
