摘要
以桑蚕丝织物为研究对象,对其进行人工汗液浸渍紫外光辐照处理,研究其老化过程中性能的变化情况。研究结果表明,桑丝绸织物表面的对比光泽度与镜面光泽度下降了40%~60%。对于织物表面的泛黄情况,采用了黄变指数的概念。织物表面的黄变指数随着照射处理时间的延长呈缓慢增长趋势,且碱性汗液对光泽度及黄变指数的影响大于酸性汗液的影响。织物的各项力学性能指标均呈现不同程度的下降,且电力纺的下降速度大于双绉。桑蚕丝红外光谱中酰胺Ⅰ与酰胺Ⅱ则向高波数方向偏移了2~14 cm-1。根据Magoshi和Bhat提出的结晶度的推导公式计算可知,老化后桑蚕丝的结晶度发生了变化。最后,根据研究分析,提出了桑蚕丝可能存在的紫外老化降解过程。
Ordinary B.mori silk fabric was used as the research object.This object was soaked in artificial sweat under ultraviolet irradiation,and then its performance changes were researched during aging process.The results show that contrast gloss and mirror gloss of B.mori silk fabric surface decrease by 40% to 60%.As far as the yellowing of fabric surface,this article introduces the concept of yellowness index.With the irradiation time going on,yellowness index shows a trend of slow growth.What's more,alkaline sweat impacts greater than acidic sweat for gloss and yellowness index.At the same time,the mechanical properties of fabric show a different degree decline,and electricity declining rate of plain habutai is greater than crepe de chine fabric.In the infrared spectra of silk amide,amide Ⅰand Ⅱ were offset to higher wave number of 2cm^-1~14cm^-1.According to the derivation formula of crystallinity proposed by Magoshi and Bhat,it is found that the crystallinity of silk has changed after aging.Ultimate,according to the analysis,this paper presents possible ultraviolet aging degradation process of B.mori silk.
