利用"钻石模型"中生产要素、需求条件、相关和支持产业、企业战略结构和竞争对手4个关键因素分析南通服装产业特点,探讨影响和制约南通服装产业发展的因素,提出促进南通服装产业发展的对策和建议。
In order to explore the factors that influence the development of garment industry in Nantong,four factors such as developing factors,demands,related and supporting industries,the competitors＇ strategy,structure and feature are discussed to analyze the characteristics of garment industry in Nantong.The solutions and suggestions are proposed thereafter for the development of garment industry in Nantong.
