摘要 通过分析美国联合包裹服务公司(UPS)的成长历程,总结出其得以成功的经营管理宝典,并依此为中铁快运公司就管理和发展方面提出了一定的参考建议。 Through the analysis of United Parcel Service company（UPS） growth course,summarizes the success of its operation and management book,and puts forward some suggestions for the China Railway Express company（CRE） on the management and development.
