Programming Ideas and Implementation Methods for Supply Chain Designing

供应链优化设计是一个多目标规划问题,在设计过程中,不能单以成本最小作为规划的目标,还要考虑其他诸多相关因素如客户服务水平等。采用集中的方式对供应链进行整体优化设计固然好,但是实施起来较为困难,可以把这一问题转化为一个多阶段、多层次的多目标规划问题,文中对其实施过程做了详细分析。在此基础上,对核心企业的规划内容进行层次划分,并对每一个层次的多目标规划问题进行相关研究,同时结合有关文献对每一步的解决办法进行了介绍。

The optimization and design of supply chain can be summarized as a multi-stage,multi-level and multi-objective programming problem.This paper makes a detailed analysis for the implementation process.Based on this,this paper carries on the level division of the core enterprise＇s programming content,and then conducts the related research to each level＇s multi-objective programming question.Simultaneously,referring to the related literatures,this paper makes introduction for the solution to each step.
