科学发展:人与自然关系的伦理诉求

SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT: THE ETHICAL APPEAL TO THE HUMAN-NATURE RELATION

本质上,自然对于人的存在与发展具有双重价值,即工具价值和生态价值,其中自然的生态价值是规定人类发展的最高戒命。传统的发展模式重视自然的工具价值,忽视自然的生态价值,最终导致严重的生态危机。在生态危机面前,非人类中心主义首先对传统价值论进行反思,强调自然的内在价值,为重新认识自然的价值提供了崭新视角。然而,非人类中心主义价值论从根本上否定人的价值主体地位,因而不可能成为指导人类发展的科学价值论。科学发展观作为马克思主义中国化的重大理论成果,把发展放在首位,坚持以人为本,突出人的价值主体地位,强调人与自然和谐共生生态价值,它所提出的科学发展构成人与自然关系发展的伦理诉求。

Essentially,as to the existence and development of humans,nature has double values,namely tool value and ecological value,of which the ecological value of nature is the more important.The traditional mode of development emphasizes on the tool value,but ignores the ecological value,thus leading to the serious ecological crisis.Before ecological crisis,it is anti-anthropocentrism that began to make reflections on traditional values,stress on the inner value of nature and supplies a new perspective for re-understanding the values of nature.However,values of anti-anthropocentrism radically deny the subjective status of value of humans and thus cannot be the value-view that guides human development.The Scientific Outlook of Development,as one of the great theoretical fruits of sinicized Marxism,puts development first,sticks to having the people oriented,emphasizes on the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature,which is the correct value guidance that guides the development of human society.Therefore,the scientific development it puts foreword is the ethical appeal to the human-nature relation.
