Understanding of the order of justice

人类由于相互交往,组成社会,构建国家。为了保证人类自身的长久共存,形成并创造了一系列的规约,对社会进行着有效的治理与控制,从而达成整体的稳定、有序。然而,秩序并非人类社会的终极目的与衡量标准,秩序只有与正义达成和谐统一,只有符合正义的价值诉求,才能最终形成社会的有效化治理,人类也才能不断的走向文明与进步。

Because of interaction,human beings established communities and built countries.In order to ensure the longterm coexistence,human beings formed and created a series of statute to effectively govern and control the community,so as to achieve overall stability and order. However,the order is not the ultimate purpose and the measure of human society, only the order achieve harmony with justice and meet the demands of justice can finally form the effective governance of the society,and human beings can continually step to the civilization and progress.
