治安调解与和谐警民关系

随着经济体制转轨和社会转型的进一步深化,人们的生活方式和思想意识发生了很大变化,新的治安纠纷和社会不安定因素大量增多。治安调解既无偿又方便快捷,在保障公民权利和维护社会治安秩序中发挥着积极作用,自然成为公民解决纠纷的首选。本文主要从治安调解有利于化解社会矛盾、增加群众对人民警察的信赖、增进社会和谐,有利于维护家庭、社区和邻里关系的安定、有效地防止"民转刑"案件的发生几方面对治安调解与和谐警民关系进行了论述。

With the economic transition and the deepening of social transformation,people＇s lifestyle and ideology has undergone great changes,new security disputes and social unrest elements have been increasing. Public security mediation is both free and convenient,playing a positive role in the protecting the civil rights and maintaining the public order,a natural choice for citizens to resolve disputes.This article discussed the public security mediation and the harmonious relationship between police and other people from that the mediation is in favor of resolving social conflicts, increasing the trust of the masses to the people＇s police,promoting social harmony, maintaining family,community and neighborhood stability,and effectively preventing ＂civil turn to criminal＂ cases.
