检察机关司法警察是人民检察院机构设置中不可缺少的重要组成部分,有独特的职责范围,有自身的工作特点。检察机关要以高度的责任感和使命感,坚持以科学发展观为指导,切实抓好司法警察工作,不断提高司法警察服务检察工作的水平,自觉为检察事业发展提供坚强的警务保障。本文就如何进行司法警察管理的规范化建设展开论述。

The judicial police of the procuratorial organ is the indispensable part of the People＇s Procuratorate institutions,with the unique responsibility range and its own characteristics.The procuratorial organ should have a high sense of responsibility and mission,adhere to the scientific concept of development as guidance,earnestly carry out the work of the judicial police, continue to improve the level of judicial police services for the prosecutions,and consciously provide a strong police protection for the career development of prosecution. This paper discussed on how to construct the standardization of the management of judicial police.
