The evaluation of procuratorial work is an important part of procuratorial management.This paper affirmed its positive and active role in the development of prosecutorial work,from how to build a more scientific,reasonable and complete evaluation mechanism,to put forward some knowledge should be deepened,a number of specific standards to be measured,and several key elements should be concerned in the evaluation workflow.
